4 – Keep Christmas Weight Gain At Bay  – If you start your fitness routine today, you’ll be saving yourself all those added pounds that Christmas can put on. So thats 5 – 10 pounds that will never make in onto your hips,tum and bum.

5 – Why Wait? – There’s no time like now for getting in shape, so why wait for the 1st of January to start. After all its just another day so get going and get busy! Plus imagine how good you’re going to look in that little black number at the Christmas party :)
