7 Fitness Motivation Tips
1 – Having trouble getting motivated to exercise? Write down a 30-day fitness goal and keep it to no more than two to three goals.
2 – You can get better with age, feel better, look better, but it’s not going to happen by wishing you were at another time in your life, start from where you are right now.
3 – One of the things that surprises most people, is they never realize that if they are exercising on a regular basis, they are really going to be enhancing the amount of energy that they have. More exercise more energy!
4 – Keeping your goals small at first as this will help you learn the goal setting process and build your confidence as you go.
5 – Get your kids and husband/wife to help keep you on track. Tell them that staying in shape mentally and physically helps you be the best mother/father and wife/husband you can be.
6 – Worried you’re so out of shape you’ll look silly riding bikes with the kids or playing tennis with your friends? What about those revealing summer clothes? Put things in perspective and get out and get moving.
7 – You can get “Botox” to hide wrinkles in your face, but you can’t hide an unhealthy heart! Exercise is the only way to those years off your heart and give you the body of your youth.
