B-rated Movie or A List – You Choose!

When Barry first asked me to guest post, I have to admit, my first thoughts ran to a scene that seemed to represent a B-rated movie with Jabba-the-Hut plopping around after the Big Girl Bombshell. But dieting and losing weight isn’t about a B-rated movie. It is about creating an A list to live by.
Pay Attention, Be Aware, Take Action. Those 3 things are key to the success in your journey to Escape from FAT. You can gather all the knowledge to help you with your weight loss efforts but if you do not follow you’re A list, you will start to back slide into old habits.
Pay ATTENTION to what you are putting into your body. Whether you count calories or points, you need to also pay attention to the quality of what you put into your body.
Be AWARE of your own personal triggers and emotions that send you running to the next cheat or binge cycle.
Take ACTION! Do something every single day that moves you. Whether that is exercise, jounaling, eating healthier or drinking more water, just make sure you support yourself with a positive action every day.
Weight loss is all about choices. Do you want to be the star in your B-rated movie or do you want to create an A list for success. The choice is yours!
