3 – Ab Machines on Infomercials Can Give You Flat Abs – Don’t fall for all those machines and contraptions on T.V that promise a flatter stomach. Plus the models involved in selling those products had great abs before they appeared in the infomercial.
4 – Fat Burning Supplements Can Give You Flat Abs – Like point 3, don’t get suckered into the idea that a pill or powder can instantly transform your waistline. While the idea may sound great, they will make you lighter, BUT only in your wallet area.
5 – You Can Lose Fat Off One Area Of Your Body – Sorry, to bust anyone’s bubble here but you can’t lose weight off only one area of your body. You might want to lose fat off your stomach but due to your bodies genes your body may have other ideas, don’t be surprised if it disappears off your thighs, face, etc first.
