How To Use Twitter To Create A Food Diary
Even though Twitter’s gone from strength to strength I know there are still a lot of people out there who still haven’t come to term’s with Twitter.
Personally I love it, its a great way to get in touch with others who share you hobbies, interests etc. In fact I wrote a post a number of months back called “How Twitter Can Help You Lose Weight,” but here’s another reason to give Twitter a go.
As you may or may not know using a weight loss diary is a great tool to use when trying to lose weight In fact researchers have found that people who use a diary lose twice as much weight as people who don’t.
But what if you don’t want to carry a notepad around all day?
Or what if you’re out somewhere and you’d love to know the calorie content of a particular food?
What can you do?
Easy “Tweet What You Eat.”
Tweet what you eat uses the Twitter system to create a simple food diary thats easy to maintain. You simply follow TWUE and send a direct message with whatever types of food you’ve eaten at a particular meal. Then TWUE uses those messages to create entries in your weight loss diary.
